Suicide Loss Support Group

for St. Thomas and Area

For those who are or have been affected by a suicide death

• FREE  8 weekly sessions

• small closed group

• for people over the age of 18

• must be at least 6 months since the loss to participate

Participants will have the opportunity to receive support from peers, gain understanding about grief and loss, learn coping strategies and understanding on how to move forward from this loss.
