Grief  Support Group

For those who are or have been affected by a death loss

• FREE, 8 weekly sessions

• small closed group (only those who start are in the group, no one else comes in later on)

• for people 18 years of age and over

• must be at least 6 months since the loss to participate

• Participants will have the opportunity to receive support from peers, gain understanding about grief and loss, learn coping strategies and understanding on how to move forward.
