Grief  Support Group

For those who are or have been affected by a death loss

• FREE, 8 weekly sessions        

• small closed group (only those who start are in the group, no one else comes in later on)

• for people 18 years of age and over

• must be at least 6 months since the loss to participate 

Participants will have the opportunity to receive support from peers, gain understanding about grief and loss, learn coping strategies and understanding on how to move forward.
