Suicide Loss Support Group

For those who are or have been affected by a Suicide Death

• FREE, 8 weekly sessions        

• closed group

• for people over the age of 18 years

• must be at least 6 months since the loss to participate 

Participants will have the opportunity to receive support from peers, gain understanding about grief and loss, and learn coping strategies and understanding on how to move forward.

Facilitated by Barbara J. Saunders a grief counsellor/Thanatologist
